कचरा हमारे शरीर में ही नहीं है, मन में और भी ज्यादा है। और शरीर से ही मल-मूत्र का त्याग होता हो, ऐसी भूल में मत पड़ना, मन से भी मल-मूत्र का दिन-रात त्याग करना पड़ता है। इसलिए आप किसी के प्रति चौबीस घंटे प्रेम से भरे नहीं रह सकते। नहीं तो मल मूत्र का त्याग कहां करिएगा ? उसके प्रति घृणा आपको बतानी पड़ेगी। जैसे हर घर में हमें गुसलखाने का इंतजाम करना पड़ता है, हर मन में घृणा का भी इंतजाम करना पड़ता है। वहां कचरा इकट्ठा हो जाता है; फिर वह कहां निकलेगा ?

इस जगत में कोई चीज नहीं बिकती और न कोई चीज कब्जा की जा सकती है, जब तक आप दूसरे के अहंकार पर तरकीबें न सीख
