सार्वभौम का अर्थ है कि उस नियम का, उस व्यवस्था का कहीं भी फिर खंडन नहीं है। नो एक्सेप्शन! फिर उसका कोई अपवाद नहीं
है। फिर वह निरपवाद है। फिर वह हर स्थिति में है। जैसे सागर के पानी को हम कहीं से भी देखें और वह नमकीन है, ऐसा ही फिर
ज्ञान से जिसस व्यक्ति का जीवन निर्मित हुआ, उसको हम कहीं से भी देखें, उसका कहीं से भी स्वाद लें, उसे सोते से जगा कर पूछें, उसे किसी भी स्थिति में देखें और पहचानें , सार्वभौम है। उसकी जो व्यवस्था है वह सदा है। उसमें फिर कोई अपवाद नहीं है। उसमें नियम
का कहीं कोई स्खलन नहीं है; क्योंकि नियम ही नहीं है।
नहीं, असत्य गिर गया; सत्य ही बचा है। जो बोला जाता है, वह सत्य है; जो जीया जाता है, वह शुभ है; जो होता है, वही सुंदर है।
इसलिए सार्वभौम !
