तंत्र-सूत्र—विधि—02
जब श्वास नीचे से ऊपर की और मुड़ती है, और फिर जब श्वास ऊपर से नीचे की और मुड़ती है—इन दो मोड़ों के द्वारा
उपलब्ध हो।
थोड़े फर्क के साथ यह वही विधि है; और अब अंतराल पर न होकर मोड़ पर है। बाहर जाने वाली और अंदर जाने वाली श्वास एक वर्तुल बनाती है। याद रहे, वे समांतर रेखाओं की तरह नहीं है। हम सदा सोचते है कीआने वाली श्वास और जाने वाली श्वास दो समांतर रेखाओं की तरह है। मगर वे ऐसी है नहीं। भीतर आने वाली श्वास आधा वर्तुल बनाती है। और शेष आधा वर्तुल बाहर जाने वाली श्वास बनाती है।
इसलिए पहले यह समझ लो की श्वास और श्वास मिलकर एक वर्तुल बनाती है। और वे समांतर रेखाएं नहीं है क्योंकि
समांतर रेखाएं कहीं नहीं मिलती है। दूसरी यह की आनेवाली और जानेवाली श्वास दो नहीं है। वे एक है। वही श्वास भीतर
आती है, बहार भी जाती है। इसलिए भीतर उसका कोई मोड़ अवश्य होगा। वह कहीं जरुर मुड़ती होगी। कोई बिंदु होगा, जहां आनेवाली श्वास जानेवाली श्वास बन जाती होगी।
क्योंकि शिव कहते है, ‘’जब श्वास नीचे से ऊपर की और मुड़ती है, और फिर जब श्वास ऊपर से नीचे की और मुड़ती है—इन दो मोड़ों के द्वारा उपलब्ध हो।‘’
बहुत सरल है। लेकिन शिव कहते है की मोड़ों को प्राप्त कर लो। और आत्मा को उपलब्ध हो जाओगे।

When the breath turns from the bottom to the top, and then when the breath turns from the top to the bottom — by these two turns

It is the same method with a slight difference; And now it is at the bend, not at intervals. The outgoing and inhalation creates a circle. Remember, they are not like parallel lines. We always think that incoming breath and outgoing breath are like two parallel lines. But they are not like this. The inner breath makes half the circle. And the remaining half circle makes outgoing breathing.
Therefore, first understand that breathing and breathing together make a circle. And they are not parallel lines because
Parallel lines are not found anywhere. Secondly, it is not the incoming and outgoing breath. They are one. Same breath inside
She comes and goes outside. Therefore, there must be some turning inside. She must have turned somewhere. There will be a point where the incoming breath becomes the outgoing breath.
Because Shiva says, "When the breath turns from the bottom to the top, and then when the breath turns from the top to the bottom - be available through these two turns."
Is very simple. But Shiva says get the twists. And the soul will become available.
