Atheists can be moral. Atheists have no difficulty in being moral. But an atheist cannot be religious. And the believer who is just moral, he is also related to the atheist. If a believer is religious, then only his / her theism has any value. Otherwise his theism is lower than the morality of an atheist. Because he is doing something to get something.
