शिव कहते है: जब कभी अंत: श्वास और बहिर्श्वास एक दूसरे में विलीन होती है। उस क्षण में ऊर्जा रहित, ऊर्जा पूरित केंद्र को स्पर्श करो ।
शिव परस्परविरोधी शब्दावली का उपयोग करते है। ऊर्जा रहित, ऊर्जा पूरित । वह ऊर्जा रहित है,क्योंकि तुम्हारे शरीर , तुम्हारे मन उसे ऊर्जा नहीं दे सकते। तुम्हारे शरीर की ऊर्जा और मन की ऊर्जा वहां नहीं है। इसलिए जहां तक तुम्हारे तादात्म्य का संबंध है, वह ऊर्जा रहित है। लेकिन वह ऊर्जा पूरित है,क्योंकि उसे ऊर्जा का जागतिक स्त्रोत उपलब्ध है।
तुम्हारे शरीर की ऊर्जा को ईधन —पेट्रोल जैसी। तुम कुछ खाते-पीतेहो उससे ऊर्जा बनती है। खाना पीना बंद कर दो और शरीर मतृ हो जाएगा। तुरंत नहीं कम से कम तीन महीने लगेंगे ,क्योंकि तुम्हारे पास पेट्रोल का एक खजाना भी है। तुमने बहुत ऊर्जा जमा की हुई है, जो कम से कम तीन महीने काम दे सकती है। शरीर चलेगा, उसके पास जमा ऊर्जा थी। और किसी आपतकाल में उसका उपयोग हो सकता है। इसलिए शरीर ऊर्जा ईधन ऊर्जा है।
केंद्र को ईधन-ऊर्जा नहीं मिलती है। यही कारण है कि शिव उसे ऊर्जा रहित कहते है। वह तुम्हारे खाने पीने पर निर्भर नहीं है।
वह जागतिक स्त्रोत से जुड़ा हुआ है, वह जागतिक ऊर्जा है। इसलिए शिव उसे ऊर्जा रहित, ऊर्जा पूरित केंद्र कहते है। जिस क्षण तुम उस केंद्र को अनुभव करोगे जहां से श्वास जाती-आती है, जहां श्वासविलीन होती है, उस क्षण तुम आत्मोप्लब्ध हुए।

The body would move, it had stored energy. And it can be used in an emergency. Therefore body energy is fuel energy.
The center does not get fuel energy. This is the reason that Shiva calls him devoid of energy. He is not dependent on your food and drink.
It is connected to the world source, it is the world energy. Therefore Shiva calls it energy-less, energy-filled center. The moment you will feel the center from where the breath comes and goes, where the breath dissolves, at that moment you are enlightened.
