'शिव उत्तरर देंगे। उनके उत्तर में 'सब विधियां है—सबसे पुरानी, सबसे; प्राचीन विधियां। लेकिन तुम उसे अत्याधुनिक भी कह सकते हो। क्योंकि उनमें जोड़ा नहीं जा सकता। वे पूर्ण है, एक सौ बारह विधियां । उनमें सभी संभावनाओं का समावेश है; मन को शुद्ध करने के, मन के अतिक्रमण के सभी उपाय उनमें समाएँ है। 'शिव की एक सौ बारह विधियों-में एक और विधि नहीं जोड़ी जा सकती। कुछ जोड़ने की गुंजाईश ही नहीं है। यह सर्वागीण है, संपूर्ण है, अंतिम है। यह सब से,प्राचीन है और साथ ही सबसे आधुनिक, सबसे नवीन। पुराने पर्वत-की भांति ये तंत्र पुराने है, शाश्वत जैसे लगते है। और साथ ही सुबह के सूरज के सामने खड़ेओस-कण की भांति ये नए है। ये इतने ताजे है।
ध्यान की इन एक सौ बारह विधियों- से मन के रुपांतरण का पूरा विज्ञान निर्मित हुआ है। एक-एक कर हम उनमें ;प्रवेश करेंगे।
पहले हम उन्हें बुद्धि से समझने की चेष्टा करेंगे। लेकिन बुद्धि को मात्र एक यंत्र की तरह काम में लाओ, मालिक की तरह नहीं ।
समझने के लिए यंत्र की तरह उसका उपयोग करो-। लेकिन उसके जरिए नए व्यवधान मत पैदा करो। जिस समय हम इन विधियों-की चर्चा करेंगे। तुम अपने पुरानेज्ञान को पुरानी जानकारियों- को एक किनारे धर देना। उन्हें अलग ही कर देना। वे रास्ते की धूल भर है।
इन विधियों- का साक्षातकार निश्चित ही सावचेत मन से करो; लेकिन तर्क को हटा कर करो। इस भ्रम में मत रहो कि विवाद
करने वाला मन सावचेत मन है। वह नहीं है। लेकिन जिस क्षण तुम विवाद में उतरते हो, उसी क्षण सजगता खो जाती है।
सावचेत नहीं रहते हो। तुम तब यहां हो ही नहीं ।
येविधियां किसी धर्म की नहीं है।

From these one hundred and twelve methods of meditation, the whole science of the transformation of the mind has been created. We will enter them one by one.
First we will try to understand them with wisdom. But use intelligence as a tool, not as a master.
Use it like an instrument to understand -. But do not create new disturbances through it. At which time we will discuss these methods. Put aside your old knowledge - old knowledge - on one side. Separate them. They are full of dust.
Interview these methods - definitely with a conscious mind; But remove the logic. Do not be confused with the controversy
The mind to do is conscious mind. He is not. But the moment you get into a dispute, at that moment awareness is lost.
You do not remain alert. You are not here then.
